high volume of activity. An Earnings credit is applied to
balances in the account that may offset service charges and
other activity charges. The earnings credit rate (ECR) is
indexed to the previous month’s average 91-day Treasury
Bill and is applied to the average collected balance less
reserves using the following tiered rate structure:
