Authorization
It's important to verify that only authorized
persons sign into your online accounts. When you attempt to
sign-in, your access details are compared with those we have
on record.
We allow you to enter your password incorrectly
a limited number of times; too many incorrect passwords will
result in the locking of your account until you call us to
reinitialize it. We monitor any suspicious activity (i.e. someone
trying to guess your password).
You play a crucial role in preventing others
from accessing your online accounts. Never use easy-to-guess
passwords. For example:
- Birth dates
- First names
- Pet names
- Addresses
- Phone numbers
- Social Security numbers
Never reveal your password to anyone. It's
a good idea to periodically change your password to make it
less likely to fall into the wrong hands.
